Competition Time – Hey Mammy, why don’t you just relax?!

Now that I’ve stepped off the uni treadmill I have a bit of spare time for blogging, craft and relaxing.

Joss recently learned the word relax and uses it liberally but I don’t always know how to relax!

A shower by candle light is a good start (wish we had a bath!) but what then?

This post is a call out to those of you who know how to chill, hit me with your top tips and ideas, if you leave your details in the way of the rafflecopter form below I’ll reward one of you with a pair of sweetheart slippers (one size) for your own relax regime!

  1. When ever I am lucky enough to get the chance to relax I find it really easy although I think you would be foolish to copy my method. My method is…………have 5 kids and then even a trip to the loo is relaxing as you get 1 minute to yourself!

  2. I relax by trading a good book. In the winter this is achieved by snuggling in my jammies with my feet up. In the summer by sitting in the sun xx

  3. I’m sure it is not the kind of answer you’re looking for, or will find acceptable, but I presently have two methods of relaxation, and each work tremendously. The first is wine, the second, smoking a ‘special’ cigarette.

  4. chilling in a hot bubbly bath surrended by scented candles, soft music playing and a chill glass of orange juice,

  5. I relaxing hot bubbly bath once the kids are in bed, so no disturbances and you can just lie back and relax!

  6. I’m not the best at relaxing, but i find standing on the doorstep with my thoughts for five minutes when the house is in hectic mode does the trick x

  7. I love that odd day to myself when I am at home from work and with the kids at school – I just potter about doing what I want to do :)

  8. Get the kids to bed a little earlier than usual, soak in a hot bath then slip into some warm pjs and clean bedding :)

  9. SITTING IN THE GARDEN WATCHING THE SUN GO DOWN IN MY PJS AND A CUPPA IN THE SUMMER IN THE WINTER SITTING IN THE CHAIR WATCHING IT
